  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping

    • It is likely you will be able to return simply and affordably using an envelope and stamp
  1. Refund or Exchange
  • Upon receipt of the item(s), you will be issued a return to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days
  • If an exchange is requested, we will ship the new item to you within 3-5 business days

Warranty

  1. Repairs and Replacements
  • Beeds Co. offers a 6 month warranty on items that require repair or replacement due to manufacturing defects
  • If beyond 6 months, we cannot guarantee warranty coverage but don’t hesitate to reach out to us to see how we can help
